Online ticketing and box office management

Ticketsource.co.uk

Fantastic box office management and online ticketing solution - the best online ticket selling we have found - and we looked at just about all of them! Even better than that, it is actually a complete box office management system (more than just online sales). Our phone sales provider can be selling tickets at the same time as our ticket secretary selling to choir members and someone sitting in their own home buying online - all at the same from the same live seating plan.
It deals with reserved seating too (a big issue for us) and means there is no need to set aside tickets for ‘internet sales’ because your internet seller can only cope with selling a given number of tickets at a given price, and then you having to shuffle tickets around between your different sellers because one has run out of this price ticket etc - everyone is selling from the same online plan with printable numbered tickets and all of your sellers can see exactly which tickets are available.

All this for only a maximum 10% fee for tickets bought online and paid by credit card via Ticketsource only (you do not need paypal or any other credit card payment facility as Ticketsource process payments for you and deposit the funds into your bank account after the concert) - there are no set-up or monthly fees, and you pay no commission for using the system to process any other sales. You can choose to what extent you absorb that fee - either pay it all, have your customer pay it all, or share it equally by percentage, a per booking or per ticket booking fee. We have chosen a per ticket booking fee to be paid by the customer - this means on average, the commission we pay is split about 50/50 between us and our buyers (meaning an effective net cost of online sales of 5%).

It really is a fantastic system  - we can’t praise it highly enough! It makes many of the other alternatives either look very very expensive, or very poorly featured.

If you need a great box office management and online sales solution, we recommend you have a look at this - if and when you are ready to sign up, please consider doing so via this link www.ticketsource.co.uk/signup/1113 - at no cost to you, Somerset Chamber Choir will receive a small percentage of the commission ticketsource earn as a referrer. We would really appreciate this if you found out about this great system through us!

If you have any questions about how it works in reality, please fell free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
